The Dalke Family

I was born and raised in Anchorage Alaska and have a real appreciation for the outdoors, the beauty of the land, and all the magic that nature provides.

I started in the lending industry in 1982 in Southern California.  I quickly climbed the ladder into a closing position.  As a closer I handled the final loan papers that are signed in escrow and facilitated the closing funds to close escrow.  When I moved to Oregon in 1987, I worked for an attorney for 3 years.  In 1992, I became a loan processor for Landmark Mortgage.  This is the key to my success as a loan consultant, as it gave me the knowledge and experience of what is required from the borrowers to get their loan approved.  I love all aspects of the loan process, so I wanted to move to the “front line” and be the one who actually meets with the clients, so I was promoted to Loan Consultant in 1995.

I really enjoy working with people.  It is a great concern to me that each and every client is successful at reaching his/her financing goals and to provide them with “personal” service on a professional and heartfelt level.
